You will also be accountable for clients Google Ads, Bing/Yahoo, Social Media Advertising and managing day-to-day activities and management on other advertising platforms. About the Role

Individual will play a key role in the growth and expansion of Pepper Gang Digital Agency in the digital marketing service offerings. Responsible for business development, outbound lead generation and building and maintaining client relationships. The Business Development Manager will be able to identify, develop and nurture opportunities representing our full product suite. Ongoing account management after the sale is closed will be critical to ensure ongoing satisfaction of our services and products.

Responsibilities Include:

  • To promote, position and sell Pepper Gang digital professional services to prospects and clients
  • Perform in-depth client / prospect needs analysis resulting in full solutions proposals
  • Present and convey a high level of knowledge of digital marketing and how Pepper Gang solutions can address them
  • Actively drive and manage the evaluation stage of the sales process
  • Create and author proposals based on needs
  • Creates and reviews all major communications to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.

We’re looking for successful, experienced Search Engine Marketers to join our growing digital marketing team who generates great strategy and executes successfully. We are currently seeking a SEM Manager to assist in managing SEO and Paid Advertising campaigns.

The SEM Manager will work closely with the head of digital advertising and SEO teams to provide various research, strategies and go-forward recommendations as they pertain to clients paid and earned search campaigns. You must be Google Ads Certified (Passing at least 2 exams) or you will not be considered. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running SEM campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo; experience with search management platforms a plus.
