Position Description:

Marketing Assistant position in a growing digital marketing firm. You’ll perform a range of duties related to the daily operations in a digital marketing agency such as planning, executing and evaluating marketing projects.

Develop & implement customer and prospect marketing campaigns. Assist with drafting presentations, newsletters, emails, and marketing materials. Research new audiences, marketing strategies to reach prospects through social media, print, and digital marketing.

Projects may include client social media campaigns, paid advertising campaigns, email marketing campaigns, Press Releases, events and other digital marketing projects. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing project scope, schedule and project plan
  • Communicate project to management and clients
  • Collaborates and works with marketing coordinators, assigns tasks as needed
  • Coordinates clients/management meetings
  • Enforces schedules, tracks progress, and manages project to completion
  • Ensure the project is completed on-time

About the Role

Individual will play a key role in the growth and expansion of Pepper Gang Digital Agency in the digital marketing service offerings. Responsible for business development, outbound lead generation and building and maintaining client relationships. The Business Development Manager will be able to identify, develop and nurture opportunities representing our full product suite. Ongoing account management after the sale is closed will be critical to ensure ongoing satisfaction of our services and products.

Responsibilities:

  • To promote, position and sell Pepper Gang digital professional services to prospects and clients
  • Perform in-depth client / prospect needs analysis resulting in full solutions proposals
  • Present and convey a high level of knowledge of digital marketing and how Pepper Gang solutions can address them
  • Actively drive and manage the evaluation stage of the sales process
  • Create and author proposals based on needs
  • Creates and reviews all major communications to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
  • Works closely with the rest of the team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Assist in the delivery of service solutions to meet the needs of prospects and clients
  • Identify all issues of assigned accounts to assure complete satisfaction through all stages of the sales and delivery process

Exciting Digital Advertising Account position available in a growing digital marketing firm. You’ll perform a range of duties related to client advertising accounts. You will also be accountable for clients Google AdWords, Bing/Yahoo and managing day-to-day digital advertising on other advertising platforms. You must have experience in digital advertising on these and similar platforms – Google AdWords certified and Bing Accredited a plus.

We are looking for a creative Content Marketing Writer for content generation and management. The ideal candidate must seek to have a deep understanding of our target personas as well as those of our clients, in order to produce engaging and relevant content to establish each brand as a thought leader in their respective industries. You will be part of the marketing team to develop a wide range of content such as website copy, blog, infographics, white papers, client case studies, emails, newsletters, social media posts, and print assets.

Position Description:

  • Help build and execute a content strategy, producing engaging and relevant content for our target personas

We need someone who can help take our social media program to new heights. If you’re someone who is data-driven, can analyze social trends, and can alter your voice to fit the needs of multiple brands, then this is the role for you. We don’t want someone to just post tweets all day. The ideal candidate can engage, assess, and amplify across various social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) while working with a team that’s passionate and collaborative.

You’ll work with the social media manager as well as marketing, content, social, and design teams to solicit content and manage the day-to-day activity on our social channels. This position will play a pivotal role in marketing campaigns, and also help to drive influencer engagement and identify strategic initiatives that help us connect with and educate key stakeholders across target markets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participate in social strategy discussions around content, engagement, etc.
  • Manage all social media projects across various channels
  • Curate and write engaging and on-brand content — including text, graphics, videos, and images that cultivate positive brand awareness
  • Be responsible for creating a reporting structure that ties back to marketing KPIs
  • Engage influencers to increase followership and engagement
