As we continue to adapt to the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak and with both local mandates and necessary precautions, below is a brief update on our operations.
To ensure the safety of our staff and our community, we have effectively implemented a remote work policy for the undetermined future. As you know, many of our services and communications can be successfully implemented online, and no interruption in services should occur.
Our agency has a plan in place to ensure business continuity so that we are operational and fully available to handle client matters as seamlessly as possible. Our plan includes enhancements to our remote work capabilities, which enable our staff to continue to be responsive to your needs throughout the recommended stay-at-home advisory and non-essential business closures taking place. We remain reachable by phone, skype, chat, and email as usual, and we will continue to have full access to our systems and digital marketing platforms. Although certain face-to-face meetings need to be curtailed, please know that with our systems in place, we stand ready to assist you with any challenges you are facing or questions you have.
